You're entering an old house, walking through its hallway to the living room. You're walking by an old painting, the painting of a shadow behind a glass door. Suddenly the shadow, the shape behind that door is stretching a hand through the glass, from the painting, reaching for you.
   This is not "the movies". This has become the movies because it's true. The painters, the artist, the Human Being leave something behind of themselves.

  

  

  

  

   Q: Are there ghosts in the world? If so, what are they?

   A: Yes, the world is full of ghosts. There are many kinds, with many different origins and causes.

   1: Of people having died violently or in distress.

     a: An "after-image" of the event itself, "printed" on the place for centuries afterwards. This isn't really a ghost, but more of a psychic imprint. There are no mind, no independent action here, only a residual echo of the event itself.

     b: A wandering spirit from a dead body, seeking revenge or restitution from someone they feel are responsible for their fate.

   2: Spirits from dead people. For various reasons they have not "moved on".

   3: Spirits from living people. Witches and/or empowered people moving out of their body voluntarily or accidentally, randomly.

   4: Other entities, either from human origin or not, that have become lost or are roaming the world at will.
