   ATLANTIC OCEAN HURRICANES: A TURN FOR THE WORSE

   The American meteorologist Stanley Goldenberg is stating that higher temperatures and changed winds have already led to worse hurricanes. They're more easily created and is stronger and create more damage than previous versions. The start of this year's season, with its storms and hurricanes far above average in strength and ferocity and extension, is certainly making him right.
   Now a host of his collegues is predicting an ever worse increase the next ten to forty years, where today's destruction will pale in comparison.
