ALARMING RISE IN SUICIDE AMONG BRITISH CHILDREN

Sic year old children have attempted suicide in Britain. The counseling service ChildLine is receiving up to 1500 phone calls each year from children considering suicide. Some is calling in the middle of the attempt.
   - The children have lived such painful lives that it's a miracle they have any desire to live left, Esther Rantzen, the leader of ChildLine says.- We must turn society around and we must do it now. We must create a society that people want to live in, not run away from.
Reports from the rest of Europe and the United States are more than suggesting similar developments all over the heavy industrialized part of the world.
