   NORWEGIAN GOVERNMENT GIVING IN TO INDUSTRY AGAIN

   Norway will allow remains of medication in fish to reach consumers. The old zero values are supplanted with the maximum values used by the European Union. Ignoring consumer and expert opinion Norway will adapt the EU - regulations without reservations from October first.
   Spokesman for food regulations in the Norwegian Consumer Council, Stine Wohl is bluntly stating that the government's main reason for doing this is to appease EU and the drug producing companies.
   The pressure on clean air, clean water, clean soil, clean food are generally increasing. More industry - friendly laws are being voted through every year.
