   OLD HORRORS REVISITING THE PRESENT,
HAUNTING THE FUTURE

The people of the city of St. George, Utah, United States were once described as a "not very useful part of the population" by an American general. He was one of those directly responsible for dousing that very same population in high dosages of radiation. The army needed to know how radiation worked on a given population.
The fear in St. George is visible in the air even today. Many people are sick. Many children are born deformed. An exceptionally high number of the inhabitants keep dying prematurely.
Death is hanging in the very air. Death came with the wind and it hasn't left yet. What happened to one generation is revisited upon their descendants. A thousand times removed, some is claiming. Well, three generations after the 1950 Black Rain dust the poison is as "potent" as ever.
   - We're all going to die, a woman says in a hushed whisper. - Die in pain. It has happened with my grandfather, my mother and father and my brother.
Those claiming that nuclear power is safe will find no support here. If they get within city limits, it's doubtful they will ever make it out again alive.
The not so useful part of the population of St. George, Utah knows, beyond doubt that the Black Rain is Death.
